Aira Harune, uma garota desajeitada, mas despreocupada, é repentinamente arrastada para o mundo popular dos Prism Shows - um show de ídolos baseado na patinação artística, onde artistas chamados "Prism Stars" usam roupas envoltas em Prism Stones e realizam estilos Prism Jumps. Cativada pela moda deslumbrante e pelos lindos Prism Jumps, Aira decide se tornar ela mesma uma Prism Star. Ela logo encontra o cabeça quente Rizumu “Rhythm” Amamiya, que deseja realizar o lendário Prism Jump “Aurora Rising”; bem como o orgulhoso Mion Takamine, que sonha em se tornar a estrela do prisma mais brilhante acima dos demais. A trajetória dessas meninas é marcada por amizade, crescimento e encontros inesperados. Eles conseguirão realizar Prism Jumps alto o suficiente para alcançar seus sonhos e se tornarem as próximas Prism Queens?
